When should I schedule a newborn session?

I suggest booking 2-3 months before the baby is due. I only schedule 4-6 newborns per month. This ensures that each newborn and family photography session is given the BEST! I occasionally take last-minute bookings but book early to guarantee a spot. When you have your baby you will contact me before you leave the hospital so we can set up the session within the specific time period.

Most newborn sessions are done within the first 2 weeks after birth while they’re still sleepy for those sweet poses (unless the baby needs NICU time and then we schedule based on when the baby is deemed healthy and released).
