Holiday Photo Session

Cancellation Policy

Payment A $200 non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required to secure your date. This fee cannot be refunded or applied to another session or person. The remaining balance is due at the session and must be paid in full before any images are delivered. Cancellation & Rescheduling Arriving 10+ minutes late may result in cancellation, rescheduling, or additional fees. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, and a new date must be booked within 7 business days. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours require a new booking fee and may result in refusal of future bookings. A second reschedule requires a $100 rebooking fee. No-shows (15+ minutes late without notice) forfeit all payments. Holiday-Specific Holiday sessions run for a limited time and cannot be moved outside the setup dates. Props, backdrops, and sets are pre-designed and cannot be altered or customized beyond what is provided. Guest Policy Due to limited space, only one (1) guest is allowed unless they are being photographed. Client Conduct Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Specific smiles, poses, or cooperation cannot be guaranteed. Personal cameras or phone photography are not permitted during the session. Editing & Delivery Images are professionally edited in the photographer’s signature style. Additional retouching requests (such as body changes, object removal, or head swaps) are available for an added fee. The photographer will select the final images for editing and delivery. Galleries will be delivered within 4 weeks. Online galleries remain active for 2 months and must be downloaded before expiration. Copyright & Usage The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal-use rights for printing and sharing. Images may not be altered, filtered, or cropped to remove the watermark. Unless otherwise requested in writing before the session, the photographer may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing. Photographer’s Right to Cancel The photographer may cancel or reschedule in the event of illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Payments will be refunded or applied to a new date.
